Data Header

OVERVIEW
The Well Test Data Header is an assembly used for sampling wellbore production
parameters. Normally mounted in the production flow path immediately upstream
of the well test choke manifold, the Data Header is specifically designed to
provide access points for measuring and monitoring the following conditions:
» Pressure
» Temperature
» Sampling
» Sand Detection
» Chemical Injection
» Safety Systems
An additional Data Header can be installed on the downstream side of the choke
manifold, depending on specific testing or customer requirements.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

Configured for easy connection with lateral access points that can be used for
measuring and monitoring: APPLICATIONS
» Pressure: » Exploration and appraisal well testing
» Manual: dial-face gauges, deadweight tester, and chart recorder » Clean-up and flow back
» Sentry™ Data Acquisition: transducers » Production, in-line testing
» Temperature:: (including Multi-Phase Flow Metering)
» Manual: transducers, thermometer, and chart recorder » Extended well testing
» Sentry™ Data Acquisition: transducers
» Sampling:
» Basic Sediment and Water (BS&W)
» Surface Sampling
» Sand Detection
» Non-intrusive Devices
» Chemical Injection:
» Inhibitors
» Demulsifiers
» Safety Systems (in accordance with API RP 14C):
» High and low pressure pilots: the primary protection device which reacts
and activates the shutdown valve closest to the source once the set point
limit is sensed

The data header meets applicable industry standards and can be certified through
third parties to meet global/local requirements.
