Greetings!

The Regional Tertiary Schools Press Advisers’ Association (RTSPAA) is an organization

composed of HEI faculty and staff who are advisers of your student publications. We organize
the annual Regional Tertiary Schools Press Conference (RTSPC), the biggest regional event for
campus journalists in our public and private colleges and universities in Eastern Visayas. We
believe the practice of campus journalism can be greatly improved to answer the needs of
higher education students in the 21st century. That is why we hold the RTSPC, for campus
journalists and advisers to come together, discuss, and show their potentials.

On February 25-26, 2019, we will be holding a back-to-back planning workshop: RTSPAA’s

Planning Workshop for RTSPC2019 (tentatively scheduled on September 2019 at Tacloban
City) and the Strategic Planning Workshop for student publications.

With this, we would like to invite the members of your student publication’s editorial and
advisory boards to attend the planning workshop. Registration fee is P2,400/head, inclusive of
food, 2D3N accommodation, and workshop kits. Participants should reserve their slots with the

Friday.
