    SWOT Analysis

    Mahabang Buhangin Elementary School identified the following objective base on the result of SBM rating last 2018.

    To enhance parent-partnership by encouraging parents to visit the school and become active members of the community.
    Outcome – to have more resources for the continuous improvement of the school.

    STRENGTHS WEAKNESSES

    Innovative programs. Lack of accessible time for parents to meet with teachers when
    both the teachers and parents are available.
    Strong community support.
    Lack of access to the campus for community groups or
    Competence of the teachers. meetings.

    Teachers introducing community involvement to students. Not enough activity to get outside funding (example. grants)

    Commitment to educating the whole child.

    Teacher training and development.

    OPPORTUNITIES THREATS

    More and more parents and community are donating to the


    schools. The confidentiality is at risk.

    New teachers are consistently getting better education. Lack of Transportation.


    Parent involvement.

    Increased spirit of volunteerism.

    Motivation to unite as a community.
