Restaurant style Gravy Premixes

White Gravy Mix (serves 4) Ingredients Cashew Powder 15 gms

मे थी मलई मटर: बाउल म�ेे premix घेणे, �ेात 1 ½ कप दू ध (गरम क�न गार के ले ले ) घालू न िेम � क र णे.
क ढ ई त (थोडे से) तेल घालणे, ग र म झाले की िेम श्र ण ओ त णे, �ेात ते लाव र परतलेली 2 tbsp मेथीची भाजी, ½
क प उ क ळ ले ले वाट णे घालणे. िेम� करणे, शे वटी 1 ½ tsp बटर, 1 ½ tsp अमूल क्रीम घालणे

Melon seeds powder 20 gms Milk Powder (Nestle Everyday) 30 gms/ 25 gms Garlic Powder 1 tsp Onion
Powder (White) 1½ tbsp Sugar Powder 1½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Roasted Maida 1½ tsp Elaichi Powder ¼ tsp
Garam Masala Powder (Everest) 1½ tsp

Whole spices: 1 Green Elaichi, 2-3 Pepper corns, 1 Bay leaf, 1 tbsp Oil Method : In a bowl add all the
ingredients together & mix well. Heat the oil & whole spices, after it cools down and it to the mixture &
store in container.

Application: Mix the packet with ½ cup of milk and keep aside. Heat 1 tsp oil and add this paste to it and
boil for 2 -3 mins. Gravy is ready.

Options: Malai Kofta – Make koftas of your choice & add Navaratan Kurma – Add boiled vegetables, pcs
of canned pineapple, fired cashew & serve Methi Malai mutter – Add boiled green Pease, 1 tbsp kasuri
methi, 1 small chopped green chili Paneer Peshawari – Add fried paneer

Green gravy mix (serve 4 -5) Ingredients Cashew Powder 15 gms

पालक पनीर: तेलात 1 काां दा, ½ टोमॅ टो घालू न परतणे, �ेात पाणी िेम� के ले ली premix ची पे� घालणे. �ेात
अध� ग�ेी पालकची �ेूरी घालणे ( ¼ कप), पनीरचे क�ेे �ेूब घालणे, बटर आणी क्रीम घालणे }

Melon seeds powder 2 tbsp Milk Powder 30 gms Salt 1 tsp Black pepper powder ½ tsp Roasted Maida 1
tsp Green food color (powder) 1 pinch Kasuri methi 1 tbsp Green chili powder ½ tsp Kitchen king masala
1½ tsp Ginger Powder (सूांठ) 1 tsp Onion powder (pink) 1½ tbsp

Whole spices : 2-3 Pepper, 1 black Elaichi, Pinch of Cinnamon, 1 bay leaf, Pinch of shah Jeera, 1 tbsp Oil,
1 Green Elaichi. Method : Same as above

Application : Mixed the packet with 1¼ cup of water


Restaurant style Gravy Premixes Heat oil and chopped tomatoes and cook for 1 min, now add this paste
and spinach puree, and boil for 2-3 mins. Ready to serve

Options: Palak Paneer / Aloo palak – Add paneer/boiled aloo pcs, garnish with cream Corn cheese palak
– Add boiled American corn and baby corn, garnish with grated cheese. Hariyali Kofta curry – served
with koftas, garnish with spring onion & cream (Hariyali Paneer mix veg in green gravy, Sarso ka saag)

Golden Gravy Mix Ingredients White sesame powder 15 gms

मटर पनीर: टोमॅ टो �ेूरी ¼ कप ( boil क�न साल काढू न िेम�र मधून काढू न गाळू न घेणे) तेलात परतणे, �ेात
ग्रेिेवचे िेमश्रण घालणे. िेम� करणे, ½ क प उ क ळ ले ले म ट र , पनीर घालणे, िेम� करणे . व�न बटर क्रीम
घालणे.

Melon seeds powder 15 gms Roasted Maida 1 tsp Chat Masala ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Onion powder (pink) 2
tbsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Milk Powder 20 gms White pepper powder 1 tsp Haldi ½ tsp Dhana Powder 1
tsp Red chili powder ½ tsp Sugar powder 1 tsp Everest Egg curry Masala ½ tbsp Cashew Powder 1 tbsp
Whole Spices: 2 Pcs clove. 1 small pc Javitri, 1 green elaichi, 1 tbsp Oil Method: Same as above
Application: Mix the Pocket with 1½ cups of water and keep aside. In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil, add chopped
chilly, chopped capsicum and the paste, Boil it for 2-3 minutes and it is ready to serve. Options: Paneer
Butter Masala : Add chucks of paneer & garnish with spoon of butter & coriander. Veg Kadhai : Add
boiled vegs of your choice and serve. Dum Aaloo : Add boiled potatoes & serve Kofta Curry

Red Gravy Mix Ingredients Cashew Powder 10 gms
