Melon seeds powder 10 gms Sesame Powder 10 gms Milk Powder 30 gms Salt 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Onion
powder (pink) 1 tbsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Haldi ½ tsp Red Chili Powder 1 tsp Kitchen king Masala 1 tsp
Roasted maida 1 tsp Orange color 1 pinch Whole Spices: 2 cloves, 1 bay leaf, 1 star anasise, 1 tbsp oil
Method: Same as above Application: Mix the above packet with ½ cup of water and 1 cup of milk keep
aside. In a vessel heat 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp butter, add ¼ cup tomato puree and the paste and boil 2-3
minutes. Options : Mutter Paneer, Handi, Paneer Lababdar, Kaju Curry, Tawa Paneer, Bhendi Masala.
Brow Gravy Mix / Pindi Chole Ingredients Cashew Powder 10 gms Sesame Powder 10 gms Chole Masala
1½ tbsp Pepper Powder (black) ¼ tsp Dry Ginger Powder (सूंठ) 1 tsp Sambhar masala ½ tsp Kashmiri
Chili Powder 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Onion powder 2 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Clove powder 1/8 tsp
Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp Dry meant leaves 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder ½ tsp Milk Powder 2 tbsp Whole
Spices: 1 pc cinnamon, 1 black Elaichi, 1 bay leaf, 1 tbsp Oil Method: Same as above Application: Mix
the above packet with 1 cup of water in a vessel heat 1 tsp oil, chopped onions, green chilli tomato
paste and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Options: Pindi Chole : Add boiled chole and serve Veg Kheema : Add Finely chopped boiled vegs and
mashed paneer. Mutter Mushroom : Add boiled green peas & mushrooms. Rajama Masala, Mushroom
Masala, Shev - Bhaji, Soya Masala, Mutter Mushroom, Soya kheema, Veg Kheema, Dal Makhani
Biryani Gravy Mix Ingredients Cashew Powder 15 gms Sesame Powder 10 gms Salt 1 tsp Mango Powder
½ tsp Onion powder 1 tbsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp Dhana Powder 2 tsp Haldi ½ tsp
Milk Powder 10 gms Dry rose petals 1 tbsp Saffron Few stranas Red color 1 pinch Dry meant leaves ¼
tsp Roasted Cashew 2 tbsp Roasted Maida 1 tsp Biryani oil ¼ tsp or saffron essence व पर क� नये (खड

Whole Spices: 2 Cloves, 1 cinnamon, 1 black Elaichi, 1 green Elaichi, 1 tsp kassori methi, 1 tsp oil, ½ rice,
½ different vegetables Application: Mix the packet with 150 gm dahi, Heat 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp ghee and
cup tomato purey it now. Add the paste and boil for 2-3 mins, Add boiled vegs and chopped paneer and
assemble along with rice.
