regular basis, are beneficial for
the health of a person,
psychological and physical
well-being. Some of the
benefits of physical fitness are
the prevention of obesity and
encouragement of a lifestyle
that is healthy through training
and concentrating on the
compositions of the body. If a
person does not exercise the
body will not be able to work
at its full potential at all times.
This paper will look at the
importance of medical, fitness,
performance,and rehab
standards. This will be done
by using the given scenario as
a basis, addressing the major
issues, potential solutions and
also give recommendations.
