Subject: Request for Permission to Visit Quality Assurance Department

Dear Sir

Lahore Garrison University located in DHA Lahore is a welfare chartered institute established with
mission to serve the society by equipping the upcoming generations with valuable knowledge and latest
professional skills through education and research. Currently we are offering education ranging from
undergraduate programs to Doctoral Degrees under four faculties i.e. Basic Sciences, Social Sciences,
Languages and Computer Sciences. We seek permission for BBA 7th semester students to visit your
esteemed organization.

As part of the curriculum and for the better learning of the students, industrial visit is mandatory. So as
to provide them with the real insight of working procedures of some reputed organization following the
international standards such as yours and to fulfill the curriculum demand, we request you to kindly give
us some precious time and share your knowledge gained over years with our students. Our team would
consist of 15 students and one faculty members on 8th NOVEMBER, 2018 on Friday tentatively. The
timings and date can be adjusted as per your convenience. We would like to focus on the working of
your Quality Assurance Department

Your co-ordination in this regard will not only help the cause of education but will also help to
strengthen the linkage between industry and academia.
