Postdoctoral recruitment

(1) Number of analysts in the direction of analytical chemistry: 2-3

1. Scholars with backgrounds in chemistry, polymer, analytical chemistry, cell biology, etc., and who
have a strong interest in interdisciplinary fields in biomedical engineering;

2, with solid professional basic knowledge and rich experimental experience, applicants with
pathological imaging diagnosis, intracellular organ imaging mechanism analysis, bioprobe labeling,
targeted therapy and other related research backgrounds are preferred, requiring independent
research work ;

3. Proficiency in reading English literature and writing English papers, with strong learning ability;

(2) Number of microscopic imaging directions required: 2-3

1. Scholars with background in optical imaging, bio-micro-electro-mechanical systems, biomedical

engineering and big data analysis, and who have a strong interest in interdisciplinary biomedical
engineering;

2, with solid professional basic knowledge and rich experimental experience, pathological optical
imaging diagnostic system, intracellular organ imaging and big data analysis, optical and electrical
calculation system modeling, construction, development and big data processing related research

Research assistant recruitment

(1) Number of people required for organic synthesis: 2

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in organic synthesis, material chemistry, material physics,
physical chemistry, medicinal chemistry, etc.;

2. Familiar with the synthesis of fluorescent molecules such as fluorescent organic dyes and
organic-inorganic composite dyes, and experience in designing and synthesizing nano-fluorescent
probes is preferred;

3. Have a high level of English, be able to read English literature proficiently, and write English

4. Have good innovation ability, hands-on ability, execution ability, communication ability and

(2) Number of analytical chemical needs: 2

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry and biology;

biological functional groups on the surface of the material;

(3) Number of molecular microbiology needs: 2

Qualifications:

(V) Number of in vitro diagnostic needs: 2

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine or biology;

2. Familiar with the immunodiagnosis or molecular diagnosis and development process, more than
one year of internship experience in in vitro diagnostics, responsible for the development of
pathological diagnostic related reagents;

(6) Number of AI pathology needs: 2

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronic information engineering, software

engineering, automation, etc.;
2. Responsible for the digitization of pathological images and the development of post-image
processing algorithms;

(VII) Number of medical device development needs: 2-3

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, bachelor degree or above in biomedical engineering,

electromechanical, automation, electrical, communication, etc., with experience in research and
development of medical device equipment is preferred;

2. Familiar with the development status and trend of instrument development in the field of
medical devices, master the necessary knowledge of the circuit, liquid path, sample module,
reaction module, etc. required for instrument development, responsible for the design, assembly,
debugging, etc. of medical device products. ;

(8) Number of optical engineers required: 3-4

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in optical engineering, optoelectronic information science and
technology, opto-mechatronics, etc.;

2. Skilled in using at least one optical design software such as ZEMAX, Lighttools, Codev, TRACEPRO;

3. Master the basic theories of basic optics, diffractive optics, Fourier optics, optoelectronic
information processing, and gain an in-depth understanding of the design principles of microscope
imaging systems;

4, proficient in the design of optoelectronic system architecture, with microscope, imaging optical
system design and production and other relevant work experience is preferred, responsible for
optical equipment related optical system design and component selection, optical system assembly
and commissioning;

(10) Number of mechanical engineers required: 2-3

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, mechanical and electrical

engineering, mechanical design and manufacturing, automation, industrial design, etc.;

2. Master at least one drawing software familiar with AutoCAD, Solidworks, 3DMax, PRO-E, etc.,
can independently output machining models and drawings, can perform CNC programming, and
use other conventional processing platform equipment to manufacture mechanical parts, and will
use 3D printers. Making parts;

(11) Number of doctors enrolled students: 10

Qualifications:

1. Major backgrounds in chemistry, pathology, biomedical engineering, electronics, mechanics,

automation, applied physics, optics, etc., graduates or previous graduates, or special outstanding
or previous undergraduate graduates;

2. Master the relevant experimental, design and development skills in the field of specialization
(detailed with the corresponding interview teacher), and be competent for scientific research and
engineering development in the field;

3. Master's graduates must first work as a research assistant for a year or so. Undergraduate
graduates are required to work as research assistants for about two years. During this period, they
must meet the conditions for admission to foreign doctors, and prepare a doctoral research
program. certificate;

Fourth, treatment and welfare
