Hoping you are having a great day, I approach to your company through you to extend the following
invitation.

A small group of students of the Canadian College of Performing Arts, due academic purposes is going
on a trip to New York (Broadway) in order to expand their vision in the industry and help them keep
pursuing a professional standard and constant preparation in their careers.

The trip is taking place in December this year and to help their expenses they are organizing a
fundraising through a variety show in February. In this case inviting local artist to participate and in that
way have a pay by donation show.

Some students have shown appreciation for your company through their friends in the community like Kat
McCann and even one of our faculty members Barbara Poggemiler.

So as the director of education of the students I approach to you to show that even though this full event
is organized and manage by the students they have our support to be their reference and endorsement.

The event potentially may happen on Friday February 22nd at 7pm here at the college performance hall.
And we only require your help with 2 numbers so we can have more professional groups that day. The
students may be in the possibility to offer the members of your company a small lunch previous or after
your participation so if you could confirm whether you may be able or not to attend would help them
have the proper logistic for the event.
