Creamy Tomatillo Dressing

½ c. sour cream 2 T. fresh cilantro

2 T. ranch dressing mix 4 T. lime juice

1 T. fiesta ranch dressing mix 4 roasted tomatillos, steamed, husked, and cut in half

In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Poppy Seed Dressing

¼ onion, finely chopped ½ c. vinegar

1 c. oil ½ c. sugar

1 ½ t. salt 1 T. poppy seeds

1 T. prepared mustard

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until well mixed. Refrigerate.

Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

¼ c. Balsamic vinegar ¼ t. onion powder

1 c. vegetable oil ¼ t. salt

1 T. sugar ¼ t. oregano

¼ t. dried basil

Combined all ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Oriental Dressing

½ c. sugar ½ c. rice vinegar

½ c. vegetable oil ¼ t. sesame oil

1 T. soy sauce

Combined all ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Garbage Dressing

¼ c. red wine vinegar ¼ c. sugar

1/3 c. vegetable oil ½ t. salt

¼ t. garlic powder ¼ t. pepper

Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Fiesta Dressing

1 c. mayonnaise ¼ c. ketchup

3 T. taco seasoning

Combine all ingredient and whisk until smooth.

Ginger Dressing

1/2 cup onions, minced 1/2 cup peanut oil

1/3 cup rice vinegar 2 T. water
2 T. fresh ginger, minced 2 T. celery, minced
2 T. ketchup 4 t. soy sauce
2 t. sugar 2 t. lemon juice
1/2 t. garlic, minced 1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
