Topcoat for Mexico and Central America only

Application: Acrylic 2K Single Stage with fast dry time and a high gloss finish.

1. Application

Mixing ratio 100 parts by volume NB Base

4:1 25 parts by volume 175-40, 175-41 or 175-42
Reducer can be used up to 50 parts by volume.
Spray viscosity 14 - 16 seconds (Ford #4 at 68°F / 20°C)

Gravity gun nozzle HVLP 1.3 - 1.5 mm

Spraying pressure 9 - 10 psi at air cap
Number of spray coats 2 - 3 coats
Film build 2.0 - 3.0 mils
Flash-off at 68°F / 20°C 5 minutes between coats

Potlife at 68°F/20°C 2 - 4 hours

VOC as packaged <605 gms/liter (5.1 lbs/gal)
VOC as applied <680 gms/liter (5.7 lbs/gal) with 50 parts reducer

2. Drying

68°F/20°C 15 - 20 minutes dust free; 3 - 4 hours to handle

140°F/60°C 30 minutes
