Dear Ms. PARAFINA:

I write in behalf of my client MARIO B. MORALLO of Zone 2, Sto.Domingo, Bula,

Camarines Sur.

My client has loaned you by way of investment in your lending activity the
amount of PHP100,000.00 sometime in October 2015 for which you issued my
client post-dated checks corresponding to monthly interests. You also issued to
my client a post-dated SM BDO check no. 0000375759 dated 15 September
2016 in the amount of PHP100,000.00 representing the return of his investment.

Upon presentation of the said BDO check no.0000375759 on 23 November

2016, the same was not accepted by reason of ACCOUNT CLOSED. See
attached photocopy of the bounced check.

As such, DEMAND is hereby made upon you to return or pay the principal loan
amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP100,000.00) and an
additional amount of ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP1,000.00) as attorney’s
fees within ten (10) days from receipt of this notice.

Failure to heed this notice shall constrain us to institute legal action against you.
