ORGANISATIONAL BEHAVIOUR- ASSIGNMENT 4

Critical Questions.
1. Question: Referring to the Taj case study where the employees showed exemplary
Organizational citizenship behaviour- what could be the reason behind the same and
how can other corporates replicate that exemplary attitude exhibited by those
employees? Is there a generic model for this that can be implemented?

2. Question: How to deal with a person who is completely dedicated and focused on
working and performing well but has a very negative attitude when it comes to interact
with other team members in the organisation? What should be more important for the
organization- the professional attitude of the person, which means productive work by
that individual, or maintaining a productive and genial atmosphere which means
productivity of all the team members.

3. Question: How can an organization identify employees who have high NA (Negative
affectivity) and help them believe in job satisfaction and job involvement? If not, to what
extent can their attitude impact productivity in the workplace- meaning the other team
members?
