Web Scraping (Arabic)

Requirements :
∑ This is from Amazon ERMC (Enterprise Risk
Management & Compliance) team
∑ End goal is to build custom translation engine of
addresses & names from Arabic into English (US) that
will be utilized in "Denied Party Screening" framework
which Amazon uses within their market place
∑ Currently the team has 10,000 block of names &
addresses that they used to do initial training of the
engine
∑ Initially he was looking for our service on EN into AR
translation (& transliteration) of 10k - 12k English
addresses & names they found in the materials
government publishes (in English)
o My response was that this might not really help
him, since he needs an engine which recognize
"true" Arabic addresses & names in native form &
translate (& transliterate) properly, and
translating these EN version into AR might not
get what he want
∑ So, based on that, I've suggest us to "step back" &
talk about "collection" services (before any
translation/transliteration) instead, and ask him
whether he will be interested of the services of
collecting 10k - 12k Arabic native addresses & names,
and he confirmed that's what he wants

∑ Schedule & Cost Estimate of 10k Arabic native
addresses & names collection
o Target countries : UAE, Saudi Arabia & Egypt
∑ Schedule & Cost Estimate of translation of these 10k
 collection into English (US)
∑ Schedule & Cost Estimate of 10k EN addresses and
names into AR (as reference point) to consider
different options
