PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

Q: How do I charge the removable lithium battery?
A: There is an AC Adaptor and 12V car charger. The battery
can only be charged whilst connected inside the machine.

Q: Can it operate on the AC Adaptor with or without the

battery installed?
A: It can NOT operate without the battery installed when
connected to an AC Adaptor. The AC Adaptor will charge the
battery fully if it is connected and not making coffee. From its
protected integrated circuits, it will stop charging when
battery is fully charged. Do not make coffee when charging.

Q: Will it be able to operate directly using the car 12v charger

without a charged battery? (Including boiling)
A: Yes you can use it directly off the 12v car charger without
the lithium battery inside and doing so will also boil your
water too.

Q: What can I do to remove the chemical cent in the coffee?

A: In regards to the scent, this can be normal for new
products to have that new materials scent straight off the
production line. Please be rest assured this machine is totally
safe and FDA approved. The first option is to squeeze lemon
juice over the Drinking Cup, Capsule Cap and Air Vent Water
Lid and let it soak for at least 5 minutes before washing off
with hot water. The second option is to put the Drinking Cup
(remove silicon band), Capsule Cap and Air Vent Water Lid in

13
Q: Why is the coffee not hot as expected?
A: To ensure you have a hot coffee we recommend warming
up your machine first by running boiling water through it
before making your first coffee. When making your coffee we
recommend using boiling hot water to ensure you'll have a
hot coffee. An extra recommendation to ensure you have a
hot coffee is to pour in your hot water to instantly make your
coffee you instead press the button for 2 seconds so the
machine will further heat your water and automatically make
your coffee once the water is heated to the perfect
temperature to make your coffee.

Q: why does it leak when using the machine purely with water?
A: Internally rinsing the machine with water is normal as there in no
capsule inserted so there is no pressure in the capsule cap. We can
assure you this leaking will not occur when a capsule is correctly
inserted in the machine and sealed with the capsule cap.
