Perform elementary nursing care such as bathing patients, changed dirty clothes, blankets,

mats and grooming them;
· Bringing them outside for sunlight and fresh air, transferring them from one cottage to
another and bringing them to the clinic for treatment based on the recommendation of
rehabilitation team;
· Give them individual attention to the needs of clients. Observed and reports unusual
behavior and symptoms as manifested by the residents;
2. Makes rounds in the unit as often as possible;
Count the number of clients and see to it that all responsibilities are all in order before having

proper endorsement to the incoming shift.
4. Report unusual behavior of client in the logbook;
5. Assist in the up-keeping and general cleanliness and orderliness of the cottage;
Attend and participates on meetings, general staff, individual group meetings, dialogue and

rehabilitation team meetings.
