Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague):

This was my first time ever observing Mariam while she teaches a lesson, I was excited and
happy that I get a chance to see her work with her students. Maryam was a little bit
nervous about the observation because it was going to be outside the class, and she was
afraid of the student’s behavior. She was happy with my feedback and agreed with what I
have said to her. This was a very valuable experience for me, Maryam’s lesson was in one
word, AWSOME and the students understood everything she said and enjoyed the
activities.
Maryam is a very good teacher, and she shows enthusiasm in her lessons, I wish her all the
best.
