school year. To compare the presented data on the current total populations, it
is only 14% are outside normal status, 2% lower than previous year and 7%
much lower 2years ago. Hence, the school needs to address these number of
malnourished learners because this will totally affects their performance in

In the recent NAT, learners performed well in Filipino, Mathematics and Science.
Interventions are needed in the area of Araling Panlipunan and English subjects.
There is no data for SY 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 due to its postponement in the
national level.

Stakeholders Participation
 Provincial Government provided us one (1) set of Basketball Ring, 3 pcs of futsal ball
coming from Governor and Board Member Larry De Pedro VI.
 More than hundred of Parents participated in our opening of Brigada Eskwela 2016.
 Bureau of Fire conducted Fire Drill and Disaster Risk Reduction Management last
September 2016 as partcipated by teachers and learners.
 GPTA Officials help us in repairing our fences damaged by our learners.
 Reorganizing of School Governing Council with different stakeholders.

At the technological aspect of the school, Lamian NHS has been a
recepient of DepEd Computerization to assist learners in their technological
advancement. At present, there are only 52 functional computer unit, 5 LCD
projector and 1 unit 32” LED TV. Computer units which are not functional are
being used by the Grade 10 learners specializing in Computer Hardware
Servicing. There are lacking hard copy of LMs for Grade 7 to Grade 11 but soft
copy are already distributed to subject teachers for their references.
