Instructions:-

1 Please bring this Admit card in original with any one Photo Identity Proof such as PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/
Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Aadhar card in original.Candidate without Admit card shall not be allowed
in the Examination under any circumstances.
Note:- E-Aadhar Card is not allowed
2 Candidate must report at the Examination Center 60 minutes (1 hour) prior to examination start time. Gate closing time is
15 minutes prior to start of exam. Candidate will not be allowed to enter at the Examination Centre after gate closure
under any circumstances.
3 You need to bring at least one original (not photocopied / scanned copy) and valid (not expired) photo identification. The
name on your photo identification must match your name as entered in the APS application. Acceptable forms of photo
identification types are limited to Driver's license, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, UID card or a notarized Affidavit (in
English) with Photo, Signature, Date of Birth and Residential Address. Photocopies of the original are not acceptable.
Candidates will not be permitted to take the test if photo identification is not presented or if there is a mismatch.
Note: - If the name has been changed due to events such as marriage, you must show any of the relevant documents
mentioned below.
Relevant documents: Marriage Certificate, Divorce Decree, Legal Name Change Document
4 Examination will be conducted online (CBT Mode). You must enter your User Name (your Roll No.), Pin No. (printed on
your admit card) and Password (which will be given at Exam Center) to login 5 mins before the Exam Start time. Please
ensure that your Name and other details which will subsequently appear on the screen are correct.
5 You will be provided with scratch paper for rough work. Rough work cannot be done on any other paper/sheet, as nothing
will be allowed inside the testing room. On completion of the test, candidates will have to hand back all the scratch paper
to the Administrator.
6 Candidates are not allowed to carry any personal belongings to the exam centre including but not limited to wrist-watch,
cell phones, calculators, etc.. In case you carry any personal item, it will have to be kept outside the examination hall at
your own risk. The examination center will not responsible for any loss or damage of such items.
7 You can leave the examination hall only after completion of the test duration i.e., after 180 mins for PGT & TGT and after
90 mins for PRT candidates.
8 No Mal-Practices will be tolerated. APS is fully authorized to take stern action against offenders.
