AFFIDAVIT OF INDIGENCY

The undersigned, Rosalinda De Vera, of legal age, Filipino, and

presently residing at No. 067 Gold St. Baranggay Commonwealth
Quezon City, after having been sworn to on oath in accordance with the
law do hereby depose and say:
1. That Affiant is un-employed with a monthly no income;
2. Considering my monthly income, I am availing of the free services
of the Public Attorney’s Office;
3. I do not own any real property with a fair market value of more
than P 300,000.00. In fact I do not own any real property at all
4. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
above foregoing and for all other legal purposes it may serve.
