Describe your family?

 Do you have a large or small family? I have a small family it only consists of my mom,
my dad, and me. Im the only child.
 How much time do you spend with your family? Because im in college, I live in a dorm,
so I don’t see my family that often.
 What do you like to do together as a family? I usually go out for a dinner with my
family, going shopping, maybe once a year going on a holiday together.
 Do you get along well with your family? Not so much, even tho im the only child I
argue with my mom all the time.
 Are people in your country generally close to their families?
Yes because we live with them until we get married, we usually are more dependent
than children in other countries. So yeah we are close.

EDUCATION
 Describe your education.
 What kind of school did you go to as a child? I went to a private catholic school when I
was a child. The rules are quite strict.
 Did you go to a co-educational school? No I have never go.
 What was your favourite subject as a child? I used to loveeee English subject
 Who was your favourite teacher? My favorite teacher was mr adam, hes my English
teacher and from Canada.
 What is the education system like in your country? The education system in my country
consist of 6 years of elementary school, 3 years both for the junio and senior high
school, and last 4 years for university
 Do you think your country has an effective education system?
That’s a tricky question, but I don’t think so… in Indonesia, the education are quite
slow. They are much more theories rather than practical. .

 Describe your hometown.
I live in South Jakarta. It’s the capital city of indonesia
 What’s special about it? Whats so special about my country is…there are so many
people from other countries or region, lots of varities of race and religion. There are
lots of mega -malls here too

 Is it easy to travel around your hometown? Not so, the traffic is horrible here because
we usually use car to go everywhere.
 What is it known for? Known for its friendly people.
 What do people in your town do? Such as hobbies? People spend their time hanging out
at the malls on weekends, watching movies in the cinema, there are lots of smokers
tho here in Jakarta, they smoke everywhere.
 What are the main industries in your hometown? Ciggaretes industries, food industries
are the common major industries.
 What problems face your hometown?
- Traffic, littering, not safe- Pickpcketing.

- We usually speak with Indonesian language but we learn English in
elementary.
 What are the advantages of living in your hometown?
- Lots of yummy food here even lots of 24 hours restaurant, everything
is so instant here.
 What are some problems faced by your hometown?
 Compare your hometown with another city. I will compare my hometown (Jakarta ) and
my old city (Sentull) 1. The neighborhood, the relationship I had with my neighbor in
Sentul city are quite close. In Jakarta, I rarely talk or even see with my neighbor. The
food varieties in Jakarta are sooo many and in Sentul I have to order because its quite
far and not so many restaurant.
 What are some environmental problems faced by your hometown?
Littering, the water is not that clean or pure.

have visited Singapore, china, and Europe.
 Which place would you really like to visit? Why? I always wanted to go to Iceland,
because of its aurora. The northern lights.

Because I haven’t visited lots of places I probably say eastern Europe. I love old
buildings and beautiful sceneries.

Yes in some ways, becauase the computers help them connect with the society.

-Yes because all my school schedule is in my student email, we have our personal

whatsapp to communicate with my family too.
