CD Technologies Asia, Inc (CD Asia) is a publishing company established in 1994. It is


one of the leading publisher of electronic legal research materials in the Philippines. It
specializes in the authoring and publication of legal resources in optical media (such as
CD/DVD ROMS) and online. It compiles and digitizes files, records, and other documents
into a customized, easy-to-use database.

It also provides related services such as legal information archiving and the creation of
case management systems. CD Asia is also an accredited Mandatory Continuing Legal
Education (MCLE) provider and as such, has organized seminars in Manila an in Las
