While we thank you very much for your sincere efforts for improvement in the area
especially construction of Indrajit Verma Road and making arrangement for sufficient Street
Light etc., the following problems being faced by our residents in spite of constant follow up
with the concerned authorities, need your personal attention :

1. Repair of Speed Breakers on ” Indrajit Verma Road”.

2. Maintenance/cleaning of Sewer Line in MMTC Housing Colony (MCD has taken over
maintenance of sewer system of MMTC Colony vide Office Order No.TP/L/3823/85
dated 2.12.85 (copy enclosed).
3. Repair of Street Lights in MMTC Housing Colony.

Based on our previous experience, this time also we expect your immediate attention for
resolving the above issues.

Winter season is on peak and the branches of some of the trees have been grown to a
great extent, permission for need-based trimming of trees may be granted for ensuring
sunlight to prevent from winter at MMTC Housing Colony, Near Aurbindo College,
Malviya Nagar and residence of our Senior Executives at L-1/1, Hauz khas, New Delhi.

In view of the above, we again request you to kindly arrange for resolving the above
genuine issue at the earliest.

Printing of Parking Stickers for MMTC Housing Colony

Ref approval (copy enclosed) for printing of parking stickers for MMTC Colony. Initially the
proposal was sent for 600 car parking stickers. As per approval, if we order for car and scooter
both parking sticker, the number of parking sticker will increase to 1200 sticker. M/s. Shree
Balaji Print World has quoted the rate for 600 stickers with the cost of Rs. 4,410/- (copy
enclosed). If we order for 1200 numbers parking stickers for car and scooter both the cost of
sticker will be reached to Rs. 8,820/-.

In view of the above, if approved, kindly release an amount of Rs. 8,820/- (Rs. Eight thousand
eight hundred twenty only) cash to undersigned for printing of 1200 numbers parking stickers
through M/s. Shree Balaji Print World.

We are in receipt of request from MMTC RWA for issuance of 600 (six hundred only) Parking
Stickers to MMTC RWA, which will be allotted to residents of MMTC Housing Colony for security
reasons. MMTC RWA has also submitted a quotation from M/s. Shree Balaji Print World
(enclosed herewith) bearing cost of Rs. 4,410/- (Rs. 4,200/- + 5% VAT) for six hundred Parking
Stickers.

Competent Authority may like to consider their request as this is not a big amount and we may
provide good service to the resident and avoid the obstacles suffering by the security personnel.
If approved, we may either order for parking stickers to M/s Shree Balaji Print World (quotation
arranged by MMTC RWA) or the Printer who is printing the office stationery.

Dear Sir,

We have been experiencing difficulties regarding the following for which we request
your personal intervention for resolving these problems :

1. The number of stray dogs have been increasing day by day and quite a good number of
residents have become victims of dog-biting especially children. In this connection, we have
lodged complaints many times but no action has been taken so far in this regard.

2. As the winter season is fast approaching and the branches of some of the trees have
been grown to a great extent, permission for need-based trimming of trees may be granted for
ensuring sunlight.

In view of the above, we again request you to kindly arrange for resolving the above two
genuine issues at the earliest.
