C-DAC, Thiruvananthapuram proposes to implement TETRA Communication System at three Central Prisons
in Kerala State at Poojappura-Thiruvananthapuram, Viyyur-Thrissur and Pallikkunnu-Kannur. The work
entails installation of a single Antenna Tower, including supply of materials and labour required for
installation, at each of the aforementioned Central Prisons. Technology Promotion Centre of C-DAC,
Thiruvananthapuram invites online bids through e-procurement (http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app)
from the eligible bidders for the work detailed below as per the Terms & Conditions in Section 1.

Note:
1. Quotation should accompany the acceptance of Sections 1, 2 & 3 and the Commercial Price
Declaration on company letter head with sign and seal, as per the pro forma given in Section 4.
2. Detailed Schedule of Requirements and BOQ are attached as Annexure A. Two BOQs have been
given in Annexure A –
I. BOQ for Antenna Tower with motorised access mechanism for antenna maintenance.
II. BOQ for Antenna Tower with manual access mechanism for antenna maintenance.
The bidder may quote for both the BOQs. C-DAC reserves the right to select any one of the BOQs
based on the budget allocation.
3. Work shall be completed within three months from the date of the order.
