“Strawberry Daiquiri”
Ingredients:
4.02 light rum
½ fresh strawberries
½ frozen strawberries
Juice of 1 lime
Sliced lime ; garnish

Ingredients:
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and cut into thin strips
½ cup frozen petite peas, thawed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic glove, minced
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried basi
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 cups shredded lettuce
Soup
“Creamy Squash Soup”
Ingredients:
1 tbsp unsalted butter
¼ cup onions, chopped finely
500 grams squash, cut up
3 cups water
1 pc bay leaf
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
½ cup Alaska Evaporated Milk
1 pack Alaska Cream All-Purpose Cream

“Sweet Pickle Relish”
Ingredients:
3-4 pounds medium pickling cucumbers,
unpeeled, finely chopped
2 cups finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons pickling or kosher salt
2-3 quarts ice cold water
1 ½ - 3 cups granulated sugar, depending on just
how sweet you like your relish
2 cups cider vinegar 1 ½ teaspoons mustard seeds
1 ½ teaspoons celery seeds
