GUIDELINES for RESEARCH in HISTORY

Major Objective of the research project is to evaluate and promote local and oral history,
museums, historical shrines, cultural performances, indigenous practices, religious rites and
rituals, etc.

Resources: historical data papers

Erreccion de Pueblos (Creation of Towns)
Museums, Local Studies Centers
Art galleries, painting collections
Historical landmarks and UNESCO sites
Performances that showcase traditional arts and culture
Fiestas and similar local celebrations
Local heroes (men and/or women)
Tourist spots
Natural resources
Rites and rituals
Local products (One town one product project by DTI)

Requirements:

IMRAD research format

Referencing and citation in APA 6th edition format
Complete research paper is due by December 6, 2019, 5:00 PM
Research Proposal is due as stated during the class.
Minimum of 15 related studies (for gap identification) per group, except for those with less than
3 members.
Long-sized bond paper, Times New Roman, size 12, single spacing
