1. Training Project

The training projects which are going to work on, is the import service, storage, and
distribution service.

The products which we are going to handle are spare parts for cars of the which we will store
in our distribution center, we will carry out the whole process of picking, packing, dispatch,
to the warehouse authorized by customer.

We will manage inventories, billing and traceability of the spare parts stored in our
warehouse.

2. Distribution System

A distribution system is based on the management of the flow, from the raw material to the
final customer.

So that this activity ensures the flow to guarantee the high level of customer service and the
optimization of resources in the direction of operation.

The main areas involved are:

 Warehouse
 Receipt of supplies
 Procurement and purchases
 External transport
 Internal transportation
 Distribution
 Recycling of waste and products discarded by the customer
 Production planning
 Production control
 Information and communications
 Maintenance
 Sales
 Quality control

From this point of view, it might seem that the logistics system is responsible for the
management of all the previous activities, however, its central task is to carry out the
coordination of the variables that are inherent to each one of them in order to guarantee
Operational schemes and integral solutions for the execution of a rational flow that ensures a
high level of customer service with a minimum associated cost.
