Pastillas ( Ube)

 Condensed
 Skim Milk
 Sugar

Material;

 Lantern Paper

Procedures:

 First combined the Skim Milk, Condensed and Sugar. Mix it


well.
 After mixing, when it is already milk and it form to Pastillas
put it in the lantern paper and rolled it to form in spherical.

Ingredients:

 Muscovado sugar
 Tamarind

Material:

 Ice Rapper
 Lantern Paper

Procedures:

 First peeled the tamarind


 Put the 2 glass of water in the kawali
 When the water is already boiled and put the tamarind and
wait 10 minutes when you can’t see the water you can now
put the sugar. Mix it well until it is sticky and taste it if its
good.
 Set aside until it cool. Then wrapped it neatly and properly.
