RESOLUTION 06

APPLICATION FOR THE ADDITIONAL STRAND IN THE ACADEMIC TRACK OF THE SENIOR HIGH
SCHOOL (SHS) PROGRAM FOR THE ST. ANDREW’S HIGH SCHOOL OF ANINI-Y, INCORPORATED AT
ANINI-Y, ANTIQUE.

WHEREAS, the st. Andrew’s High School of Anini-y, Incorporated of Anini-y, Antique would like
to add Humanities and Social Sciences as a strand in the Academic track of its senior High School
Program for the year (SY) 2019-2020) and onwards.

WHEREAS, the members of the St. Andrew’s High School of Anini-y, Incorporated community
are looking forward for the improvement of the school through the implementation of the SHS in our
place in our place which will be very much beneficial to the less privilege or financially hard up students
to continue their schooling at St. Andrew’s High School of Anini-y, Incorporated.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion made by Mrs. Adelaida S. Erispe and duly seconded by Mr.
Orlando O. Sumugat, that the St. Andrew’s High School of Anini-y, Incorporated is very much eager to
apply for the additional strand under the Academic Track which is Humanities and Social Sciences
(HUMSS) at the start of the school year 2019-2020 onward.

SO THEREFORE, resolved as it is hereby resolved that the school will now start to seek
partnership with the LGU for the preparation of the said Senior High School new strand implementation.

RESOLVED further that we prayfully request for the kind consideration and favorable approval
of our application to offer Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) strand.
