Dear Madam:

We have agreed to write this letter with regards to the allocation of Special Education Fund
(SEF) from the Local School Board (LSB). The said fund is of great help in the operation and
maintenance of public schools, construction and repair of school buildings, facilities and
equipment.

We are grateful that you represent us in the LSB as our Cluster Head; however, we would like to
bring this matter to you that in our School Improvement Plan (SIP), we have the list of priority
projects identified by the school planning team in order to solve the problem of the school and
to deliver the best service and quality education to our learners.

Since the Secondary School Principal as chairperson of the school planning team has the direct
supervision of all the identified priority projects, we would like to request if possible that the
Special Education Fund (SEF) intended for the secondary schools will be given and distributed
equally to the fifteen (15) secondary schools in the municipality of Aroroy in order for each
school to expedite and materialize its own project.

Kindly review our concern and hoping our request will be taken into consideration.
