OBLIGATION OF THE COMPANY
‘a. The Company shall be responsibie for the delivery of the Bearings from ‘Company's
Site to the Contractor's Service Shop and vice versa.
b. Company shall be responsible for any other costs and expenses associated with (2)
the delivery of the Bearings, (b) the storage of the Bearings.
«c. Me Company shall take all necessary and reasonable measures io support the
Supplier in the performance of the Services. At the request of the ‘Supplier, Company
Srrelsjecretion may provide Supplier available Company information regarding the
Alors or part thereot. The Company makes no representation and gives No warranty
Petespect of the truth, completeness and accuracy ofthe information provided to the
Supplier.
