Contents of report for industrial visit:

1. Title: How to Produce the Bottle through Injection Molding Processes.(example)

2. Abstract
3. Objectives
4. Introduction: Company profile, Date of Visit, Student Name, UiTM ID, Company Address, Phone No, Fax
No, Person in charge and Main Products.
5. Flow chart of processes.
6. Manufacturing processes: The report should describe in detail the product, design aspects, process techniques
used, inspection/QC techniques, why the company selected that process over other processes (name other
possibilities), possible cost, market, etc. Photos, sketches, animation, video and samples are always helpful.

7. Discussion: Identify and discuss issues, implications, lesson and experience learned during visit.

9. Evident of industry visit: A group photo in front (or inside) of the plant must also be included. Photo with
company Person In charge and label your members of group and person in charge.
