It is my pleasure to be indebted to various people, who

directly or indirectly contributed in my training and who
influenced my thinking, behaviour and acts during the period
of training.
I express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Rajeev Kumar
Dwivedi, director of “TECHNICAL TRAINING AND RESEARCH
CENTRE” (A DIVISION OF LOHIA CORP. LTD.), KANPUR for
providing me an opportunity to undergo summer training at
TTRC, KANPUR for the period of four weeks.
I am also thankful to Mr. Jitendra Kumar Arya, training &
placement in charge of TTRC, KANPUR. Who provided his valuable
suggestions and precious time in accomplishing my training report.
