1. GILBERTO F. BERNATE JR. undertakes to pay the entire obligation /

liability of his wife RAQUEL BERNATE, in favor of MARY GRACE S. CHUA, amounting
to THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 350,000.00), through the
following manner:

a. GILBERTO F. BERNATE JR. undertakes to pay the amount of TWENTY

THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 20,000.00) on November 15, 2019;

b. GILBERTO F. BERNATE JR. undertakes to pay the remaining obligation

of PHP 320,000.00 through equal installments of PHP 2,500.00 payable
on the 15th and 30th days of December 2019 (or simply stated, PHP
5,000.00 of monthly installments), and onwards until the entire PHP
320,000.00 has been fully paid;

c. GILBERTO F. BERNATE JR. undertakes to personally tender the equal

monthly installments to MARY GRACE CHUA, at her residence at #437
R. Pascual Street, Brgy. Pleasant Hills, Mandaluyong City;
