you can exchange it as an entry ticket.
2. Untuk penukaran tiket, kamu diwajibkan membawa kartu identitas (KTP/Paspor/SIM) yang sesuai dengan
identitas yang digunakan untuk membeli tiket. / You must bring and show your valid government-issued identity
card (ID Card/Passport/Driver’s License) and the name shall be the same name that you used to purchase the ticket.
3. GOERS tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan atau kerusakan pada E-Ticket dan tiket tanda masuk
acara yang sudah ditukarkan. / GOERS is not responsible if the e-ticket or the entry ticket is lost or damage.
4. Tiket yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat dikembalikan. / Tickets are non-refundable.
