Have you been working for five years or more without the virtue of a college degree? Are you up for promotion or
salary increase but you cannot have it because you do not have a college degree?
If your answer is YES, then ETEEAP is for you. If you are a high school graduate, a college undergraduate, a two
year certificate holder and with at least five year working experience, you can earn a Bachelor’s Degree in just one
year with ETEEAP.
What is ETEEAP?
The ETEEAP is a comprehensive educational assessment program at the tertiary level that recognizes, accredits
and gives equivalencies to knowledge, skills, a쇂itudes and values gained by individuals from relevant work. It is
implemented through deputized higher education institutions that shall award the appropriate college degree.
Beneficiaries must be Filipinos who are at least high school graduates. They must have worked for at least five
years in the field or industry related to the academic program they are obtaining an equivalency. They must also be
able to show proof of proficiency, capability and thorough knowledge in the field applied for equivalency.

Hello po! Greetings from Vietnam. I am so happy to have found your blog. The timing couldn’t be
any more perfect! I have finished a 4 year course with a 1 year internship, but I didnt pursue any
further education. Before coming to Vietnam last year (2014) I learnt that my degree is not qualified
for a red ribbon. I have been a teacher for almost 10years now, and I pray to earn a bachelor’s in
communication and/or education. I mean to study abroad too. So I am definitely gonna apply for
this. My worry now… which university and how much would it cost.

I am proud to say that I graduated the ETEEAP program on March of 2009 in University of
Pangasinan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. It took me 2 semesters to finish the program,
though intensive, it was quite self‑fulfilling experience specially when I walked on the stage wearing
my toga and was handed the diploma. I thank U.Pang. for giving me that opportunity! I didn’t take
the Local Board for Philippine RN but was able to apply and take the NCLEX‑RN (California Board
of Nursing) exam and passed it with flying colors (1st a쇂empt) on 2010. Since then, I have been
working as a RN here in California and proud to say that I not only have RN behind me but has the
BSN along with it. I totally recommend the ETEEAP program!

mamili ka po ng school na nag‑ooffer ng gusto mong course via ETEEAP then you can start
inquiring from there. Naka list na rin po ang mga requirements na kailangan.

I am planning to Pursue this one in PNU, does it qualify me for a AB English degree? Been working

I think I’m clueless how much tuition money I need to have If I say dedicate one year of intensive
study through the program. Do I need to file the application for the school I intend to go or directly
to the ETEEAP secretariat. Really interested on this one.

I checked the PNU website…it seems that they only implement the program for Graduate programs,
but according to CHED ETEEAP website, AB English is included on the list of their ETEEAP courses.
I maybe wrong.

Hi All,
I’m a graduate of Computer Technology(2yrs) and I’ve been working in a semiconductor company
for more than 5 years now. With my great performance,my manager advised me to take a degree for
him to be able to promote me as supervisor.
Since taking up a degree while working especially that I have already 2 kids will be very though, I
did not take yet. Then my workmate introduced to me ETEEAP.
I think this is the answer to my problem.
I want to take BS Engineering at the University of the Cordilleras. Hope you can advise be How to
start.
Thanks and God Bless.

Hi, Odina. I had the same questions too when i first heard of the program. It would be best to go
directly to the ETEEAP In‑charge of the school you intend to enroll, they will sit with you and
discuss in detail all things you need to know (specially the tuition! it is a bit expensive but
according to some ETEEAP graduates, majority of them finish the whole thing in one year,
because program of study is really intensive), I personally went to PNU‑Manila, now I’m working
on my portfolio of requirements for assessment. Sounds like you really are qualified, so go there
and ask. Try this link for additional information. Goodluck.

Would there be any exams involved? A proctored one? How long would it take for a highschool
graduate to finish engineering degrees? How long for a college level too?

Good day sir/maam,
God bless!
