Symptoms: She has Fatigue, Pale skin, Shortness of breath, Cold hands and feet.
Causes: Liver doesn’t make enough blood. Moreover she has excess menstrual bleeding. This
is due to eating improper foods.
FAMILY HISTORY:
Her Father is Engineer and Mother is Housewife they haven’t any disease.
EDUCATIONAL HISTORY:
Student of BSc.
OCCUPATIONAL HISTORY:
She is not doing any job.
PAST DRUG HISTORY:
She is not involved in any drug abuse in past.
DISEASE:
Anemia
TREATMENT:
She is being treated in Indus Hospital and Doctors has recommended blood transfusions.
They recommended Bone marrow transplant.
