NOTICE OF DISHONOR AND FINAL DEMAND TO PAY

Dear Mr. Abuan,

This is to notify you of the dishonor of the following checks that

you have issued in our favor from which were drawn against insufficient funds
and checks which are drawn against a closed account.

a. Eastwest Bank Check Numbers 00001112 dated February 16,

2020 and 00001113 dated March 16, 2020 for the amount of
THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 30,000.00) each in favor of
Faye Ludan; and

b. Eastwest Bank Check Numbers 00001114 dated April 16, 2020

and 00001115 dated May 16, 2020 for the amount of THIRTY
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 30,000.00) each in favor of Faye
Ludan.

When you issued the said checks, you have given the assurance that
there are more than sufficient funds to cover the said amount, however, the
checks were returned dishonored. Please be informed that under the law,
failure of a borrower to settle outstanding obligation to the lender is
punishable by law.

Demand is hereby made for you to immediately settle the said amount
with my client within 15 days from receipt of this letter. Kindly coordinate
with the undersigned after compliance thereof. Otherwise we will be
compelled to file the necessary case against you in the proper court or tribunal.

To avoid needless expense and embarrassment brought about by court

litigation, I advise you to visit my client who has expressed their willingness
to settle the problem out of Court.
Please consider this as our final demand.
