    Re: Notice of Dishonor and Demand for Payment

    Dear Mr. JOHN:

    This is to advise you that Security Check No. 00 dated October , 2018 in the amount of
    Forty five Thousand Pesos (P4hp 5,000.00) and PSBANK Check No. 00dated October ,
    2018 in the amount of Forty Thousand Pesos (Php 40,000.00), you issued in my favor
    has been dishonored by the Bank due to Closed Account/or Drawn against a Closed
    account. (See attached generated copy)

    Accordingly, when you issued the said checks, you assured me that there are more than
    sufficient funds in your bank account to cover the said amount. However, the check was
    dishonored due to Closed Account.

    In this regard, Final demand is now made upon you to make good of your obligation
    within five (5) days from receipt hereof. Otherwise, I will be constrained to hire the
    services of a lawyer to file the necessary criminal action against you.

    Please be guided accordingly.
