Study Case Ideas

Histogram:
Distribution of how many chat boxes used in consecutive chats sent from users in a
conversation (suggestion for chat dock size)

Box plot:
Characters used in one chat (suggestion for chat dock size)

Scatter plot:
User’s average/median chat response time/rate to User’s avg chat ATC time/chat ATC count in
a week, or chat GMV count if possible (do fast replies correlate with sellers successfulness?
Further assumptions needed)

● Correlation of words used to describe buyers (not sure why tho)
● Entry-Exit chat point count (also not sure why too, maybe finding out do we really need to
add a feature if they’re still doing something unnecessary anyway?)
● Checking out the correlation of these features from chat: (user never bought a product),
(user never sold a product), (platform), (attached product detail on chat).. also. Not sure why

Differentiate buyers from chat classification model that went to ATC and failed to ATC ->
Finding out Chat-non ATC -> Check the actual percentage of chat-ATC and chat-non ATC -> Is
Chat really important?
