PARTS
INGREDIENTS:
 04 Boneless, skinless chicken
thighs
 1 (15 oz) can chunk pineapple
 Salt and pepper
 02 holsp butter
 ¼ cup packed Brown sugar

DIRECTIONS
1. Salt and pepper chicken breasts, Brown in butter
over médium heat till half done.
2. Add pineapple juice and chunks and then sugar
3. Continue cooking until liquid is thickened and forms
a souce serve over rice.
4. Sprinkle with chopped chives (cebollinos)
