TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Minimum of 70pax for Packages

2. Price of packages is subject to 12% VAT
3. A non-refundable reservation fee of ten thousand pesos (Php 10,000.00) is required to block the date.
4. The organizer/client shall deposit an amount equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the Event/Function upon
signing of Event Form at least thirty (30) days before the event plus the balance to be paid two (2) weeks before the
event/function date. However, in case of cancellation, the fifty percent (50%) deposit shall be forfeited in favor of Brewing
Point.
5. If paying in check, please make check payable to FBE BREWING POINT INC.
6. Bringing in of food and/or beverage and/or carts and/or photo booth is subject to corkage fees.
7. No electricity generator.
