(“Amtrust”) thru HC Consumer Finance Philippines, Inc. (“Home Credit”). This Protection is for the repair or replacement of
damaged mobile device due to accidental damage and liquid damage, subject to the terms and conditions of the Group
Master Policy.
2. I understand that monthly installments for my loan, including the insurance fee, must always be paid on time to avoid
possible cancellation of my Protection.
3. I can cancel my Protection anytime within the loan term and fees paid before cancellation are non-refundable. Cancellation
of Protection will exclude fee payments on my next loan payments after the upcoming due.

Claim shall be filed to AmTrust within 48 hours from the time of incident, failing which the claim will not be entertained.

can use any TWO (2) of the following required information:
a. Surname as reflected in the invoice

Once you have intimated the claim, you are required to submit all the relevant documents/information within 30 days. Upon receipt of all the
requirements, we shall process the claim within: seven (7) days within Metro Manila or twelve (12) days outside Metro Manila.
