Main gate entry:
i. One list of name of students will be given to guard.
ii.
Guard has to check name of student and enter in his register with parent/Guardian name.
Registration Area:
i. Candidates frisking.
ii. Hall ticket verification through their school I-card / aadhar card.
iii. Eatables are not allowed in exam hall.
Parents /Guardian have to sit in Registration/Reception area. They are strictly not allowed
iv. Upstairs.
* Female candidate frisking will be done by Ms. Shaba Khan
*Male candidate frisking will be done by Mr. Mohit Jharbade
During Exam:
i. Water will be available in the exam hall itself.
ii. Candidates are not allowed for wash room before completion of one hour.

Candidates are not allowed to leave Exam hall before completion of 2 hours (12:00 Noon)
iii.
Invigilators have to check signature of candidates on OMR and attendance sheet.
iv.
v. During exam invigilator will get tea and snacks.

Submission of answer sheet:
i. Submission of OMR sheet, seating plan, attendance sheet and other things to Exam
department at 12:15 PM.
ii. OMR sheet should be arranged Roll Number wise.
After the examination:
i. OMR sheet ,attendance sheet and seating plan of all three rooms can be collected at 12:15
PM.
ii. Before 12:45 PM OMR sheets will be packed in Envelope. Seal the envelope.

iii. Put the items which will be given in the guidelines of NSEJS in put in cloth bag and prepare for
dispatch.
Dispatch of Exam Material:
i.
For dispatching sealed packet will be given to Mr. Pramod Shrivastava on 18 NOV 2019.

ii. On 18, NOV 2019 all the detail of exam, tracking ID printed of the post office and dispatching
detail of exam will be send to iapt.nse@gmail.com.
