SUBJECT : Alignment of MSE Wall and Installation of Modular Blocks for

Contract ID No. 18L0-0105: Davao City Coastal Bypass Road at
Jct. Davao – Cotabato Road – Bago Aplaya – Talomo – Matina
Aplaya – Roxas Avenue – Sta. Ana Wharf – R. Castillo (Bago
Aplaya – Times Beach), Including Bridge, Package 1, Davao City

Please be informed that the flat slab bridge component of the project is close to completion.
The only remaining entity of the bridge that is scheduled for concrete pouring is the
wingwall, though some portions of it were already poured with concrete monolithic with the
sidewalk.

Our end received a verbal instruction to prioritize the alignment of MSE Wall. The
undersigned respectfully requests for further instructions regarding the matter as it will
affect the wingwall of the bridge.

Preferential action to this matter is earnestly sought.
