Greetings!

This has reference to the on-going construction project entitled – “Construction of the proposed
Three (3) Storey BFAR XI Regional Office Building” located at Ramon Magsaysay Avenue,
Davao City with a contract amounting to Php 47, 321,733.51.

I would like to inform you on the on-going progress of the project from the delivery of first
floor steel column at the site and erection of steel column last Thursday. Also, all the steel
column in the first floor had already been installed last Friday.

Anent to this, we would also like to inform you on the on-going preparation of the wide flange
for the installation of steel column at the second floor. Attached are some photos of the
monitoring list for further reference.
