PROCEDURE

 Gather and prepare the materials and tools.


 Cut the G.I. wire # 12 in 12’ length for the column & bend 1’ in 90 °.

 Cut the G.I. wire # 12 in 5 ½’ length for the footing & bend 1/2’ in 90 °.
 Cut the G.I. wire # 18 in 7’ length for the stirrups/ties & bend every 1
1/2’ in 90 ° in other to create a square shape.

 Start to assemble the bars and ties for column.


 Then after start to assemble the bars for the footing.
 Then after tie up both the skeletal of the column and footing.
 Prepare the molder for the footing.

 Prepare to mix the sand and cement to create mortar cement as


alternate to the concrete cement.

 Place the skeletal of the footing and column inside the molder.
 Start to fill the molder with the mortar cement

 Leave it till it dries.


 When it dries, start to create the molder for the columns and prepare it
to be filling up with mortar cement.

 Prepare to mix the sand and cement to create mortar cement as


alternate to the concrete cement.
 Start to fill the molder with the mortar cement.

 Leave it till it dries.


 After it dries the molders can slowly remove.

 Finished product.
