Graduation which will take place on the 29th of October, 2020 at Girls Guide pavilion. I know
that Banks DIH has as its mission a desire to give back to the local community which also
includes young adults that is now entering the world of work. And we greatly appreciate your
support in years past. In 2017, the support of your organization, along with others, helped us
graduate over 60 children. More than 100 volunteers and spectators were in attendance, and the
event was covered by the local Photographer Matthew Rodrigues. We are anxiously looking
forward to even greater success at this year’s event, which will be held on the above-mentioned
date.

The contractor should be well aware of the site before starting the project.

The contractor is responsible for all disposal of all hazardous stuff from the site.

SITE PREPARATION

Clearance

Remove all old irons, roots and any other obstacle from foundation site’

Levelling

Level off the entire area for foundation to ensure full clearance for drainage is clear.

Steel work

Lay 8 inch BRC wires with 1\4 inch steel set diagonally cross at 6 foot intervals.

Frame work

Set framework of 3”x5” profiles parallel with distance of 8 feet transverse by profiles at 12 feet intervals.

Casting

Spread and level 8 inches of concrete between the profiles over the surface of the foundation sloping of
drainage to the west and east.

PRINTING OF FOUNDATION

Parallel parking
Painting of lines for foundation.

Reflective border

Painting of a 6 inch wide blue reflective border at the western and eastern limits of the foundation 3 1\2
feet before the drain.

STEEL GRILL

Instillation of a steel grill covers over the length of the drain of the foundation.

A Hire Purchase Agreement

THIS HIGH PURCHASE AGREEMENT is made this fifteen day of November in the year two thousand
and eighteen BETWEEN ANNAL CASH REPUBLIC of Soesdyke Linden Highway the owner James
small on the one part and SUEANNA KHAN of grove east bank demerara the hirer of the other
part------------------------- whereby the owner agrees to let and the hires agree to hire one nine-piece
brown leather suite of chair with mahogany carvings the cash sale price being twenty seven

Thank you for your interest to work with Globespan Technology. We are a birthing company
with plans for expansion through the country, Trinidad and the United States of America (USA).

Our offer as a field Administrative Assistant with some internal office work consist of the
following

1. Monthly salary one hundred thousand Guyana dollars ($100,000.00 GYD). There will be
a retain amount of five thousand Guyana dollars ($5,000.00 GYD) each month to cover
any losses of equipment’s or company’s property.
2. These funds are paid to you in full at the end of your employment, providing you have no
outstanding amount due to the company.
3. Your base office will be Ruimzeight. However, occasionally you will be required to work
at our sister offices located in Georgetown and overseas kindly note this will include the
integration of duties for Globespan’s sister companies, Amaral’s Travel, Amaya travel
USA and Amaya travel GT Inc.
4. Working hours are 9:00AM to 6:00PM (Monday-Saturday). An hour lunch is from 12Am
to 1pm with room from flexibility given that the respective supervisor is informed.
5. National holiday work schedule – alternate on call in the event of an emergency.
6. Probation period of 3 months with training, Option to extend probation, there after a
reoccurring one (1) month’s contract.
7. After three (3) months’ probation, six (6) paid sick days.
8. After completion of one (1) year, one (1) week paid vacation inclusive of weekends.
9. After completion of two (2) years, 2 weeks paid vacation inclusive of weekends.
10. We will require you to sign a Non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement.
11. You will be responsible for vehicle, tools and equipment in the field, In any event of
damages/losses due to negligence.
12. You are responsible for the maintenance of the company’s vehicle, backup generator,
tools and equipment used in the field.
13. Daily reports are required

By accepting this offer, you are agreeing that you will submit one month’s notice in the event
you wish to terminate your employment with Globespan Technology Inc.

WHAT IS CANCER?

Cancer is the uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells in the body. Cancer is the name given to a collection
of related diseases. Cancer develops when the body is in normal control mechanism stops working. Old
cells do not die and instead grow out of control, forming new abnormal cells. These extra cells may form
a mass of tissue called a tumor.
TYPES OF CANCER

ANAL CANCER

Anal cancer is a disease in which malignant (cancer) cells form in the tissues of the anus. Being infected
with the human papillomavirus (HPV) increases the risk of developing anal cancer. Signs of anal
cancer include bleeding from the anus or rectum or a lump near the anus

 A mass or growth in the anal canal

LUNG CANCER

Lung cancer is a condition that causes cells to divide in the lungs uncontrollably. This causes the growth
of tumors that reduce a person's ability to breathe. According to the Centers for Disease Control, 218,527
people in the United States received a lung cancerdiagnosis in 2015.

Symptoms of Lung Cancer

appetite loss

changes to a person's voice, such as hoarseness

frequent chest infections, such as bronchitis

Treatments of lung Cancer


Bacterial types of pneumonia are usually treated with antibiotics.

Viral types of pneumonia are usually treated with rest and plenty of fluids. Antiviral medications can be
used in influenza.

Fungal types of pneumonia are usually treated with antifungal medications.

Bone Cancer

Bone cancer can begin in any bone in the body, but it most commonly affects the pelvis or the
long bones in the arms and legs. Bone cancer is rare, making up less than 1 percent of all cancers. In fact,
noncancerous bone tumors are much more common than cancerous ones.
