HALLOWEEN PARADE & PARTIES
Halloween is the first party of the year. This years
celebration is scheduled for Friday, October 31st. This
is a full day of school. Since the first half of the day is
regular class time, please dress your child in such a
manner so he/she is able to fully participate in class
activities. The afternoon festivities will begin with the
all-school parade that begins at 1:30pm. Parents and
family members are invited to watch the parade outside
in front of the school. Parties will immediately follow
the parade and recess at the normally scheduled time.
Specific party details will be provided by your childs
teacher.
Here are a few guidelines we would like you to consider
when choosing a school-appropriate costume.
*Masks may be worn, but make-
up is discouraged due to the time
and assistance needed to apply
it.
*Costumes promoting violence,
blood, indecency or involving
weapons are not allowed.
*Be original, creative and/or
funny.
