 INTRODUCTION
About the Company:
 Rustomjee Group was founded by Mr. Boman Rustom Irani in April,1996
when he launched his very first project in Dahisar. He has named the
company after his late father Mr Rustom Irani.
 Initially the company was called as “Keystone Realtors” but during the launch
of the project Mr Boman Irani’s mother insisted that the company be named
after his father Mr Rustom Irani otherwise she would not come for the
inauguration. Hence the company was later named as “Rustomjee”.
 Mr Boman Irani has an engineering degree. He initially worked in a factory
before launching his own project in Dahisar. Besides, being the CMD of
“Rustomjee Group”, he is also the secretary of CREDAI and the vice-
president of MCHI-CREDAI. He also runs the “Rustom Irani Foundation”
which manages various institutes and schools around the country.
 The company has transformed more than 10 million square feet into premium
townships, corporate parks, retail spaces, and 8500 homes. In the last 5 years
they have delivered around 8 million square feet of construction area and are
mainly focused on the Mumai Metropolitan Region (MMR). It is also aiming to
add another 13 million square feet in the next 5 years.

 Maharashtra Best Employer Brand Awards,2019
 Rustomjee Paramount received the CIA World Construction and Infra Awards,
2019 for the category Best Emerging Projects in Slum and SRA.
 Rustomjee Group received the Construction Week India Awards,2018 for the
category Real Estate Company of the Year.

Corporate Social Responsibility:

 Rustomjee Educate a child Initiative- As part of the initiative Rustomjee
has partnered with world’s leading NGO’s. for every Rustomjee home
booked, Rustomjee funds the education of a child for one year.
 Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers- This initiative is aimed at
equipping people with skills required to gain confidence, pride and financial
independence.
 Labour Welfare- it aims at training the workers on the site regularly so that
they are equipped with best construction practices for their safety and
safety of the customers. Rustomjee also undertakes various welfare
initiatives at their construction sites which include labour camps with
requisite hygiene standards, mess services, doctors on call, entertainment
facilities, free education for their children etc.
